Tired Property, Not Up to Hyatt Standards
Rooms were spacious and the staff were kind, but the hotel feels run-down and less than clean. My room was in the basement which only have half windows. 4th time staying at Cavern Quarter and excellent as per usual. Very clean and got in to the apartment slightly early which was a bonus. Right in the middle of all the action but please be aware that it's pretty noisy due to being directly above Mathew Street but that was no issue for us.

Room was nice there was no conditioner which really in a 5 star hotel should be always checked. Also my benefits was not given or welcomed which again shouldn’t be happening in a 5 star hotel.

Champions league night
I got to see epic barca vs inter in the room live. Great Close to train station. Downsides: u will hear the loud train announcements( but i don't find annoying) If you are hungry to walk to 24hr Mcdonald. The restaurant is quite busy at night. Don't have chance to try Overall good.
