「We had a lovely weekend at Arden House. Lucie organised everything with so much attention to detail and care that being there felt like a cosy home. We even received a welcome card and chocolate Easter eggs every time the room was cleaned. The location was also great, just a five-minute walk from the castle. The rooms were spotlessly clean. 「Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our stay and experience. 1. Communication: Booked through Hotels.com but messages were sent via Expedia, which did not upload, meaning we did not get the accommodation access code, which we had to chase. Unable to sent messages on Guesty app. 2. Sofabed very uncomfortable. Needs a bed topper. Bed frame did not open fully, I think due to damaged/deformed frame. 3. Main bed frame has wooden features at the end, which means you can hurt your shin or toe...
