「The location is great, but our experience was disappointing. It was around 11pm when we checked in and the heater in our tent wasn’t working. With temperatures near freezing, we had to wait over an hour for the maintenance team to arrive and provide an additional heater. Unfortunately, this delay made the night quite uncomfortable and affected our overall experience.」

「Everything was perfect with our lodging. Incredibly easy check in process! We checked in with Shannon at the end of day after doing the skywalk and guano point. We saved the zip line for the next morning, it was absolutely perfect first thing in the morning!」
