「Clean nice 」

「I was there forna gold tournament and the room was nice to stay at. I did not use the pool or other amenities while there.」

「Stayed here for a business trip and had a wonderful time. Room was clean and muffles sounds from hallway quite well. I would only hear people opening their doors directly beside me but nothing else. Parking is convenient but do note the gate is for cars only as pedestrians can walk through without issue. Had a random person come up to me and yell at me while I was waiting for a colleague by the car. Was quite taken back by the experience as there was no people loitering by the entry and exits. I...

「The main parts of the hotel are clean. The restaurant serves good food. My room was really nice. As far as the room goes, I rate it with some 4 and 5* hotels I've stayed in. Pleasantly surprised. 」

「It’s very easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms or the hall. Also, when I checked in I asked about the airport shuttle and was advised it left every half hour, however when I arrived in the lobby at 4:53 am, the driver had already left and the front desk advised me “I needed to reserve a time”. It would have been nice to know that when I checked in.」

「I was misled to book this hotel, and explained to the hotel that we would like to cancel this stay, but they still checked us in while I was explaining to them, and later on told us that the stay was not cancellable because we had checked in. I called Expedia and talked to them through Expedia but the issue was not solved, so we were finally forced to live there, after one hour waste to time, and I got allergy by sleeping on the sofa bed. The front desk lady was aloof.」

「It looked new. The staff was courteous and helpful. Room was spacious and nicely furnished. One thing that always tells me a lot is how well the shower and sink drains. Do they backup and you end up standing soapy water. These DID NOT and is always a positive reflection on how well everything is. The TV was easy and simple to operate. Too often I’ve found at other places I’ve stayed you need a programmers degree to make them work. My only suggestion would be the fitness are while the equipment...

「Not very satisfied with shuttle service. The table, floor and eveywhere is sticky. Dirty water comes out from shower tab. Towels are musty. Breakfast is good that you can test sweet strawberries. Overall CP value is low. It won't be my option next time while visit Austin again.」

「ADA room was not. Things were broken. Adjoining room had no air and things were broken. We stayed one night and canceled the rest.」
