「Such a pleasant stay. Everyone was very attentive and nice. Rooms were clean and well kept. Any issues we had they helped us immediately. My friend and i have gluten allergies and they would make breakfast, lunch, dinner separately for us in the kitchen . All of the facilities were great and the location is great. Close proximity to everything. 」

「Estuvimos hospedados un grupo de amigos durante 5 días. Destacamos la gran variedad y calidad en comidas y bebidas. Encontramos suficiente comodidad en las habitaciones e instalaciones del hotel. Nos pareció muy favorable su ubicación. No tenemos ninguna queja frente a la comunicación, que pudimos lograr fácilmente en español o en inglés. Nos resultó muy útil poder usar las instalaciones antes del check in y después del check out. Muy cómodo y oportuno el espacio de duchas cerca del gimnasio....

「Check-in felt rushed and unwelcoming. We were handed wristbands, given our room number, and directed to scan a QR code for resort information—without any real orientation. There was no explanation of where our room was until I asked, no mention that the buffet was about to close (which would have been helpful after a long trip with two small children), and no offer to assist with luggage. 「Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. When we arrived we were greeted with glasses of local fruit bunch with fresh, sliced orange. The front desk was exceedingly polite. The hotel grounds are well kept and generally quiet. The food at the resort and in town is all SO good (and we’re snobby New Yorkers!). There are at least 6 or 7 outstanding restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and the neighborhood is safe enough to walk around at night.」

「Excellent service. Chambre agréable et spacieuse (grand balcon avec vue splendide sur la mer!). Très bonne table et cocktails fabuleux! Hôtel bien situé près du centre-ville et des restaurants. Magnifique coin piscine avec vue sur la mer. À 10 minutes en voiture de Mambo Beach. Seul bémol pour ceux qui veulent un coin très tranquille: très festif (donc bruyant!) le vendredi soir. J’ai beaucoup aimé: je recommande!」
