「Normally the best price for a room is by phoning and booking direct with the hotel, not in this case, it was considerably cheaper to book online?
Most staff seem happy and helpful except the chap we got the pool towels from, maybe because it was a hot sunny day and he was stuck inside a gloomy room at his desk

「Attractive hotel and garden. Excellent breakfast choice and efficient and friendly breakfast staff. I enjoyed the pool in the spa area and my husband loved the private hot tub on our patio. Our maid/housekeeping attendant was called Navjot, special mention for her efficient and excellent service, she made our stay very comfortable. Nice touch with arrangement of towels etc.
Only unfortunate aspect is noise from private events on Fri and Sat in one or two of the ground floor rooms, the music did...

The breakfast was more than adequate for a vegan.
I would definitely stay here if I come to guernsey again.

「This hotel is a good quality place to stay. Staff are extremely attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was wide ranging, although they only display a limited range of milk. Bedroom was ok, nicely decorated but felt a bit old fashioned. The bed was not the most comfortable. There were limited plug sockets and no USB charging ports.」
