「预定了双床房，给我的是大床房，我反馈了以后，换了房间。因为房间在楼上，没有电梯，也没有服务员帮忙，所以服务不是很满意。其它都是比较中规中矩，价格不便宜，性价比不高。」

Room was great, hotel also had a complementary taxi sercice to and from events centre on site, which was very welcome as the weather wasn't the best. Breakfast was served quickly by attentive staff. 「The Ettington Park hotel is an extraordinary English Family Castle with a great & long history. Our stay in this hotel was extremely comfortable and relaxed. 「We were happy with the hotel. The staff were very friendly and proactive with information. The room was small but clean. Very convenient location for visit the castle. There is a McDonalds right outside the door with a nice play area for kids if you are traveling with children 10 and under. The only down side was the elevator was out of order when we were there.」
