My stay at the Turin Hotel was for three nights, and I was given an upgrade to a bigger room. I’m not sure what my original room was. However, the upgrade was close to the elevators facing the main Avenue in Lisbon. I did hear traffic in the early evening, but it quieted down at night. The elevators did not bother me. My room was a nice size, and it was clean, as was the bathroom. This hotel offered breakfast and a restaurant. The food was, in my opinion, rated four out of five. I would return to this hotel.

This is not a bad hotel, but unfortunately did not have sound proof as the windows do not close properly. Also, when we arrived 20 March, there were not air condition, even though I received an email confirming that it will be A/C available by the time of the arrival. We couldn't sleep at all as if you open the window (which you have too, as it is hot) you can hear everything, police, ambulance, etc during night time. Although, we did not sleep at all, the staff were really friendly, and the breakfast was great, tasty and a lot of variety.

Établissement bien placé. Personnel sympathique. Les chambres sont vetustes et petites. La literie est de mauvaise qualité pour un 4 étoiles. Doit faire des travaux de rajeunissement.

Hotel em boas condições, o quarto estava limpo. O colchão nota-se que é bastante velho, o que torna algo desconfortável em dormir. Pequeno almoço com bastante oferta.

Hotel muito bem localizado, na av. Liberdade. É confortável e o serviço em geral é bom. Como nossa estadia foi longa em alguns dias com o hotel lotado houve uma queda na eficiência. Mas é uma boa opção em Lisboa.

Une première au Turim Av Liberdade
Bon début : accueil et check in rapîdes. Literie semble être un trampoline : bien pour un et mauvais pour deux, pb complèté par une alese en plastique dure et bruyante. Restaurant assez sympa sauf hier soir avec la présence d'un morceau de tube plastique dans mon assiette. Rattrapage immédiat par la gratuité des desserts. Global : hotel un peu vieillissant maqué par un accueil moderne. F,B,P RICHARD

While it is a very nice hotel and has potential to be one of the hottest hotels in Lisbon, there are a lot of things they do which are inconvenient for their customers. I visited the first week of December where highs were about 15/16 degrees, so it was fairly nice though would be a bit cool at night. The heat was blasting and I could not turn on the AC and the only way to cool off was to open the window. Also only one elevator worked so I generally had to walk down the stairs (and once up). Also there were only two outlets in the entire room and none by the bed which was annoying. But besides that, everything else was nice. The staff were friendly, the room and premises was well-taken care of, breakfast was very good. Overall good but there were a few things that were very annoying which could be worked on.

Just unbelievable! The room was hot and the only “solution’ was to open the window onto one of the busiest streets in Lisbon -super noisy!! They have no air conditioning in the winter only heat! I asked for a fan, no. We had a morning flight so my choice was crazy noisy or hot room! I’ve never rated a property at zero before. I asked at checkout about an adjustment to my $200 euro bill and was basically told tough luck.
