Staff were the best. Our Daughter had her second birthday while staying at the resort. The staff made her day extra special with decorations and even a present. Cant say enough how special the staff made her and us feel. Also amazing place to relax in a beautiful landscape.

This is a beautiful, well appointed, first class resort. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The dining was superb and the entire hotel was immaculate. We will definitely return.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay for the family. Pool is a lot of fun for kids. Wish they had more kids activities before June, and a better lobby bar. The spa/gym/pools was excellent, and the staff were so helpful and friendly.

This was our second time at the Sheraton Cascais and we will be returning. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, breakfast is excellent, staff friendly and helpful. What’s there not to like?

Great hotel in general. Friendly staffs. Nice relaxing area by the pool. Rooms are comfortable. No proper bar for evening drinks. Staff try to be accommodative but something missing for a 5stars hotel. Last thing, tipping is optional but even if you don’t tip there will be a 10% added to your bill… Overal satisfied with my stay. We will be back.

We had a great time. The staff were fabulous. The other guests were polite & chill. We didn’t spend nearly as much time at the hotel as I thought we would - we were out driving around - but we were grateful for the time there. Buy the breakfast package for the duration of your stay when you check in at the front desk. Great price there. One time only offer when you check in. The staff and that breakfast helped make our stay.

Overall our stay was excellent. Great food, very nice room, beautiful pool (although not heated), nice grounds for walking, and excellent workout/sauna room. The only issue we had was that a large party had booked the restaurant (with about a dozen pre teen kids). The kids were allowed to run around the entire restaurant and make as much noise as they wanted. Pretty much ruined that evenings dinner
