There were some luggage’s in my room and and a couple of the towels being use , it was very uncomfortable due to the owners of the luggage approach immediately I was going to open the door and told me that their luggage were there , it was very bad and I almost pass out and scare, but finally I open the door and the 3 guys walk to the room and remove their luggage, finally I get into with the person and discuss the situation and she told me I was going to get a one night refund, so I’m expecting the refund please. She told she was contacting expidia in order to get my refund.

Gostei muito dos dias da minha estadia. O quarto muito bom, limpissimo, cama muito confortável. Fora a excelente localização.

Great place!

Nice and comfy with a patio in the backyard. Even if the place was very central there was no disturbing noise from the surroundings. Five minute walk to the Metro and a big shopping mall across the street. I will definitely stay there again 🤗

This is a nice place. No front desk but it doesn’t matter—the staff are around a lot and are responsive. Also it’s right across from El Corte Ingles. :)

Well-located, in a very walkable area with a lot of food options around including a large food court at the Corte Ingles basement (right in front of the hotel). The personnel was very kind and responsive. There is a convenient kitchenette with some tea, coffee, water and fruit options fully equipped and clean that is available 24/7 for the use of all guests.
