Ostello penoso

Stanza al terzo piano senza ascensore, mansardata, quindi bisognava piegarsi per metà della stanza. Unica finestrone non apribile xche collegato con terrazzino di appannaggio della stanza attigua da dieci posti letto a castello, occupata da almeno 6-7 tedeschi che tornati alle 11 di sera hanno parlato e messo musica alta fono alle 4 del mattino nonostante le nostre lamentele. No telefono per avvisare personale. Lavandino non attaccato alla parete con conseguente semi allagamento ad ogni lavata di mani. Spesi 68 euro per qualcosa che ne valeva venti. Prossima volta evitate fregature a clienti. Grazie Luigi Piga

Great vibe and location.

Great location. The vibe is positive and friendly. Layout, bar, good great quality and affordable. This was my first time staying at a hostel and it was a very comfortable, clean, overall good experience. Only criticism is that there is only shower for all hostel guests to share. If you like some privacy I recommend book in the room with only 4 beds rather thank the larger rooms.

Super fint hostel til en god pris. Det ligger meget centralt og der er god stemning samt service. Dog skal man være opmærksom på, at der er koldt om aftenen/natten, hvilket man skal huske at pakke lidt ekstra til.

Qualité decevante

Nous avons trouvé que l'hostel était chère pour la qualité offerte. Le personnel est courtois, l'emplacement est bon, par contre la propreté de la salle de bain et le confort du matelas laisse à désirer. Nous avions une chambre privée et une salle de bain commune dans un quartier bruyant la nuit.

Bra läge och super mysigt!

Super bra läge och rent allmänt super mysig stämning. Personalen är jättetrevliga och man känner sig riktigt hemma! Rummen är fräscha men hade kunnat vara mer än en filt till täcke. Annars är jag supernöjd och rekommenderar starkt! (Bokade till å med fler nätter i efterhand)

Good location and nice staff but in a bad state

We booked a double room, which turned out to be based in a separate building from the main hostel. This meant that we had to walk up and down a steep hill for about 5 minutes any time we wanted to speak to a staff member, or get breakfast. The atmosphere seemed quite nice in the main building but we missed out on that. The overall state of our building was poor: the front door was damaged (looked like someone had tried to kick it in), none of the safes in the rooms were working whilst the window and balcony door wouldn't shut properly - not a great combination. The shared bathroom had lots of mould and overall, there was a smell of damp on our clothes. There was a shared kitchen, but it wasn't equipped enough - no glasses or cork screw to have a glass of wine for example, and we found just about two forks to have a salad. There was hardly any storage space for our clothes - something that could be resolved pretty easily with a cheap IKEA shelf. No bedside lamp, so we had a choice of the glary light of a massive, low hanging and very dirty chandelier or to rely on the torch function of our phones in the evening. Again, getting a small side lamp or two wouldn't be very expensive and make a big difference. It's a bit of a shame, because it could be so much better. The location is fantastic, and the shared spaces look nice. The staff are really friendly and they know the area well. A bit of care, attention to detail and a good cleaner could make a huge difference.

Hôtel sympathique

Hôtel très bien situé, proche du centre et du quartier animé. A deux pas se trouve le mirador Sta Catharina, l'un des points de vue les plus dégagés de la ville.

중심가에 위치!!

겨울에 리스본에 놀러갔는데 2층 6인실에서 머물렀습니다. 2층임에도 불구하고 와이파이가 전혀 되지 않았고 너무 추웠습니다. 하지만 호스텔의 사람들이 너무 좋았고 직원도 너무 친절했습니다.

lit confortable et bel emplacement

l'accueil a été sympatique, la chambre était propre et la salle de bain bien tenue. Toutefois, un changement des serviettes de toilette une fois dans la semaine aurait été nécessaire. L'alarme incendie de la chambre s'est activée à deux heures du matin, je me suis rendue à l'acceuil où le veilleur de nuit m'a fait savoir qu'il notait l'incident mais qu'il ne pouvait pas intervenir. Nous avons donc du nous protéger pour le reste de la nuit avec du coton dans les oreilles et le coussin par dessus, cela peut paraître comique mais c'était particulièrement désagréable. Cette panne a été résolue le lendemain à 17 h, après que nous nous soyons rendu pour la troisième fois à l'accueil.

L'hostel idéal

Idéalement placé à 5 min du Bairro Alto, à côté du mirador Santa Catarina et de sa vue imprenable, l'Oasis hostel ne se contente pas de sa situation géographique pour attirer les convives. Le staff est très agréable, les sorties organisées en dehors des entiers battus sont mémorables et le cuistot ne nous fait pas oublier que, même si on parler majoritairement anglais dans l'auberge, on mange et boit portuguais. La passion du staff pour cette ville est communicative. Lisboa, eu vou sentir saudades...

Mixed Experience

My initial impression of the hostel was incredibly high, as the guy working at the desk to check me in was incredibly friendly, spoke perfect English, and gave me great recommendations of what to do in Lisbon complete with directions on a map. However, upon returning to my room later in the day, I found the broken lock to store my personal belongings was not fixed as promised, and there was a leak in the ceiling. The new staff working reception were young, unprofessional, and rude when the leak was brought to their attention. While the issue was resolved early the next morning, it definitely soured my taste for the hostel. That being said, it is in a prime location, within a 5 minute walk of the train station, 15 minute walk to the city center, and steps away from a beautiful viewpoint. There is also a really cute outdoor patio which is great for hanging out at night. The bar and patio made this for a very social/party hostel, so if you are looking to meet fellow travelers I definitely recommend it. However, the party atmosphere made it quite noisy for pretty much the whole night, so if you are looking for an R&R type place, you might want to look elsewhere.

Where every direction but one is up!

If on foot, take the TRAM that goes EAST (up the hill and doubling back towards Baixa) on Calcada do Combro to the Church of Santa Catarina and get off. Find the closest side street that goes SOUTH (towards the river) about two blocks. Everything as advertised. Alex at the front desk is most courteous and helpful, including luggage up the winding staircase in "the annex". Buffet dinner (for a price) prepared on site is pretty lavish. WOULD LIKE: Breakfast to start earlier than 9 a. m. (had to skip it). Curtains for the bunks. At least one small window in each room that opens.

バックパッカーが相部屋で止まるところです。各国から滞在者がたくさん来ていました。そういう雰囲気の好きな若者ならば結構でしょう。ホテルの従業員は丁寧で行き届いていました。

立地はいいが急な坂の上

トラム２５番線・２８番線の停車駅から歩いて５～７分のところにある。特に２５番はその停車駅に止まるバスもコメルシオ広場まで行くので便利。また、少し歩けば近くの広場でバス７５８番に乗り込める。最寄りの駅カイス・ド・ソレスからは歩いて１５～２０分。ただ、急な坂道が多いので、荷物が大きいｏｒ足腰に自信がない場合には考え直した方が良い。スタッフはフレンドリーで接しやすい。部屋はwi-fiが入りにくいのでサロンまで行った方が良い。また、入浴用のタオルは出されないので、宿泊時にはタオルを持参していった方が良い。

Loistava palvelu

Hostelli sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla, joskin hieman mutkan takana lähimmästä metroasemasta, joten sinne oli aluksi vaikeaa löytää. Sisään pääsi kirjautumaan vasta noin 15.00-16.00, mutta muuten palvelu oli erinomainen. Tilat ovat viihtyisät, erityisesti sisäpiha. Hostelli myös järjestää laadukkaita ja edullisia retkiä kaupungissa. Erityisesti suosittelen Lissabonin kävelykierrosta. Aamupalan hinta-laatusuhde on mainio.

the place is great, clean, the rooms are really nice, the location is great, staff is friendly, has free internet and computers to use. incredibly low prices and it even includes a small breakfast.simply the best

Atendimento amigável

A recepção e o atendimento são amigáveis. As acomodações e banheiros são limpos e bem iluminados. O único que não gostei foi ter ficado num quarto misto sem ter sido avisada previamente.
