We were only there for one night, however the staff was fantastic!! From our check in and check out to our lovely time at the bar with Lucia , she was wonderful and made us feel completely at home and comfortable!! Everyone was delightful !!!

The customer service was excellent! Super friendly and helpful staff. Front desk gentleman I think his name was Ruuge, helped me with train station info and my day trip to Sintra. He was really great! Breakfast staff was very professional and friendly!

As always, NH is superior on room space, shower temp/pressure/elbow room, and general comfort. I do think their reservation confirmations should have better public transport directions — it is not anywhere near the Campo Grande stop.

I have stayed at this property before and really like the location. Importantly though, the staff at the hotel is excellent. I can't say enough positive things about them, which made my stay of a week very rewarding. Only one small thing. The parking under the hotel is far from easy, to get into and out of. This is clear to all the staff. I will definitely return to this hotel on subsequent trips to Lisbon.

Fabulous stay close to airport

This was a fabulous hotel that I would compare to Marriott or Hyatt. From the outside, it is non-descript, but the room is large, well-appointed, clean and comfortable. There is even a bathtub which is rare in Europe! It was only €10 taxi from the airport but €15 back due to traffic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Close to Metro line and walking distance (20 minute) to the Grey line Hop-on busline. Small grocery nearby for bottled water and snacks.

Wrong room type given with no solution or empathy.

We booked a room and specifically selected a queen bed and what we got was two single beds. For a couple traveling together this is obviously not great. The reception staff was unapologetic and even told me that we made the mistake during booking. He told me “we gave the queen bed to other people that paid for it….” as if I am asking for a favor. Luckily I had the details of my booking on my phone which clearly state the queen sized bed. I was told there are no more rooms available with queen bed and that it’s probably a problem with the website. No apologies, no attempts for a solution. I asked if there’s anything at all they can do to compensate us for the issue because we feel cheated. They said they will check and call me back in two minutes. It is the next day and I am still waiting for this call…

Directly next to a hop on hop off bus stope, near two grocery stores and pharmacy, nice restaurants in walking distance, and close to the metro. The bed was very comfortable and the room had excellent sound proofing

Excelente atendimento no restaurante!

O atendimento de Mauri no restaurante foi impecável: foi educado, prestativo, e nos ajudou a encontrar uma boa alternativa para pequeno almoço, já que o nosso check-out era antes do horário de abertura do restaurante (07:00). A comida em si, também óptima, foi muito saborosa, até para uma simples sopa de legumes.
