Rapport qualité prix très bien. Ménage, literie et isolation à revoir mais appartement ne manque pas de charme et est très fonctionnel. L’accueil très sympathique. Transport urbain à moins de 150m ( le fameux tram 28). Quartier vivant mais pas trop bruyant.

Das Bild zeigt etwas ganz anderes, so hatten wir kein Fenster im Schlafzimmer, die Wohnung war im Souterrain, abends sah jeder hinein, da es keine Vorhänge hatte. Wir sind nicht verwöhnt, also war es für 3 Nächte OK. Der Vermieter war im Notfall sehr hilfsbereit.

This is a very old building but not in too bad shape. You have a great view of the ocean and Christ the King. The place was drafty and you only have two plug in heaters. Bring your own washcloths. This place is also very close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Overall not bad.

Spacious place, comfortable bed, good WiFi, basic utilities in the kitchen. The only bad thing is the location on the street level, so when you open the windows everyone from the street can observe you.

Der lugtede meget af mug/kælder og den ene seng var af ringe kvalitet. Køkkenet havde kun lige præcis det der skulle til, og ikke mere.

Ok for a cheap option

This was a cheap option and was probably ok for what we paid, but it is not like the photos. The bathroom is old and rusty. Half of the walls in the apartment are not real walls, just some pieces of wood that you can see through, so do not expect any privacy between rooms. The neighbour downstairs complained that we were being too noisy when we were just having a normal conversation in the evening. The final morning there was very loud building work in the apartment upstairs from 8am. The neighbourhood is very nice, but we would probably choose to pay a bit more for a nicer apartment next time.

I had a very bad experience sleeping in this apartment 3 nights because of the following reasons: - The bathroom is in very bad conditions: The washtub is rusty. There is no hot water in the main lavabo and the fresh water has a minimum flow ( not sufficient to be used). The WC flushing system does not clean properly ! - The stairs from the main entrance door to the apartment are dirty ( dust looks to be there from decades) - There are no doors in all the rooms - Some covers on the bed and some bathtowels are not well cleaned. -There is a washmachine but without pushbuttons ( not possible to use it). - There is no wardrobe

Appartement nicht empfehlenswert.

Angefangen hat es damit, dass auf meine Anfrage über Expedia zur Schlüsselübergabe keine Reaktion des Vermieters kam. Zwei Tage vor Abreise habe ich dann Expedia kontaktiert, die sich schnell und sehr gut um das Problem kümmerten. Angekommen in Lissabon hat die Schlüsselübergabe gut funktioniert, ich bekam das Appartement 35, statt wie mitgeteilt 26. Der Unterschied, App 35 liegt ebenerdig, App 26 im OG. Der Zustand des Appartements wich erheblich von den Fotos ab. Einzig das Bett entsprach den Fotos und war in Ordnung, ansonsten besteht erheblicher Renovierungsbedarf. Auch die sonstige Ausstattung war mangelhaft,. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine und keinen Flaschenöffner. Miguel, der mir das Appartement übergeben hat, versprach noch am selben Tag eine Kaffeemaschine zu bringen. Ich sah ihn nie wieder. Mehrmals versuchte ich unter der mir von Miguel hinterlassenen Telefonnummer mit der Agentur, die die Appartements betreut Kontakt aufzunehmen, es meldete sich jeweils nur eine Bandansage. Zusätzlich hat die Wohnung ein starkes Feuchtigkeitsproblem. Jedes Mal wenn ich in das Appartement zurück kam, musste als erstes wegen der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit gelüftet werden. Es gibt mehrere Stellen im Appartement mit Schimmelbildung. Ich kann nur sagen Hände weg von diesen Appartements. Die Gegend im Bairro Alto/Sao Bento, würde ich aber jeder Zeit wieder wählen.

Friendly staff and great location

The apartment was clean, bed was comfy, only a few minutes walk to the bars and bars where locals hang out, you have fancy and not so fancy restaurants and a few nice shops for shopping. There's a couple of little kiosk next to the apartment. A quiet neighbourhood yet close to nice bars. Half an hour walk to the LX factory and another 10-15mins to the city of Belem. Would highly recommend it and I definitely would stay there again next time I'm in Lisbon.

Non esistono finestre. Il bagno, la cucina e la camera sono cieche cioè senza alcun punto luce. Scarsa aerazione, puzza di chiuso, muffa nel bagno. La teglia del forno pochissima ed incrostata di sporco. Non vale assolutamente i soldi spesi. Si trova a contatto con il marciapiede e pertanto non posso stare con l'unica di.extra della porta d'ingresso aperta perché i passanti vedono tutto l'interno. Se avessi saputo prima non l'avrei preso l'appartamento.

Experiência ruim

Nossa experiência foi desagradável. Alugamos um apartamento para cinco pessoas e quando chegamos percebemos que a capacidade máxima era para quatro. Para a quinta pessoa foi oferecida cama extra, o que não era o contratado. Durante o dia entraram no apartamento e retiraram a cama extra, dessa forma a quinta pessoa só teve onde dormir porque compramos um colchão inflável. Outro ponto ruim era a sujeira do apartamento, nós precisamos comprar produtos e limpar.

apesar de ser bem localizado, o apto é razoável, sendo compatível com o preço cobrado, teve um dia que caiu metade da luz, ficando sem internet e televisão, o chuveiro é bom mas alaga, fomos em quatro pessoas e tem um quarto de casal mais o sofá cama pra dormir que é um pouco incomodo

Limpio y agradable

El apartamento en el que nos alojaron era limpio y amplio. Lo único malo que sólo nos dejaron dos rollos de papel. Trato bueno, a pesar de que a nuestra llegada, la dirección estaba muy mal indicada (no había ningún cartel ni indicación) y no había nadie esperándonos. Tuvimos que llamar para que viniese alguien a recibirnos y darnos las llaves. Localización a unos 20 minutos andando del centro (muchas cuestas, eso sí). Por lo demás todo correcto, volvería a ir ya que calidad-precio merece la pena.

Zentral in Bairro Alto

Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber hat sehr gut funktioniert. Schlüsselübergabe konnte schon morgens stattfinden obwohl check-in eigentlich erst ab 15 Uhr stattfindet. Der Betreiber hat 28 Wohnungen/Studios, die er vermietet. Es kann also sein, daß man nicht das bekommt was man von den Fotos her erwartet. Die Ausstattung ist stilvoll aber Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. Haken für die Handtücher im Badezimmer fehlen. In unserem Appartement in der Rua Parreiras 35 war das Badezimmer leider voller Schimmel an den Außenwänden und am Duschvorhang. Dadurch hat das ganze Appartement etwas muffig gerochen. Ansonsten kann man Lissabon und speziell diese Wohngegend aber nur empfehlen.

DISHONEST AND DECEITFUL

I have been a frequent traveler for many years and this was my absolute worst travel experience ever. There is no reception, and no address supplied for the office that serves as reception. There is only a telephone number provided on the reservation plus an image and address of the apartment reserved. You must ring the provided telephone number to have the office address for check-in. I booked for 3 nights a few hours before check-in. The management company for these apartments did not yet have my reservation from Expedia. I showed them my booking with the address and image of the apartment. I was taken several streets away to a semi-basement apartment 2 doors from the address on my reservation. This was 4-5 steps down from the street level. The place smelled of damp, must and mildew. The floors are dusty, unpolished concrete, not the hardwood in my reservation.The shower was untiled, unpolished, crumbling concrete. The street level windows had no security barriers and they did not lock properly. Another apartment was produced, which I accepted. When I went to move out at 12 as per the reservation, my belongs had already been moved to the office. There was a note pinned to the door that someone else had already moved in, where it clearly states that checkin is at 1PM. I was later informed by a taxi driver to ask for the “Book of Complaints” which they must provide you with if they are a legitimate business. Livro de Reclamacoes.
