The hotel was very clean and quiet, despite being next to an open plaza. The beds were very comfortable, and we were able to sleep well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When our Uber did not show at 6:15 am to get to the bus depot, the front desk clerk was able to get a taxi there within minutes. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, and we could walk to the castle in 10-15 minutes. The breakfast was breads, cheese, meat, fruit, yogurt, etc.. a simple but nice selection to start the day. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is in the centre of everything! The friendly desk staff are always willing to give tips about what to see and how to get there! Only minutes from bus, Metro and tram stops. And the restaurants nearby are superb!

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, let us store our bags on the last day so we could explore and come back after check out before leaving for our flight. We had an early morning tour one day and they offered to start breakfast half an hour earlier for us.
