Excellent hotel

Excellent location across the street from a beautiful park and minutes on foot to two subway stations, El Corte Ingles shopping center, the great Gulbenkian museum and park, and numerous attractions. The staff was very helpful and the room tidy and comfortable though a bit small in US terms. I defended recommend it.

The Hotel is situated in a good location only 15 minutes from airport which taxi cost is from 16 to 20 € . A beautiful park is across the street. Three restaurants with delicious food and of course sangria to complement your meal . If you need to shop you have the metro and and busses , available to you . We had a great time

Great location for getting on the Metro at Parque which then allows you to go straight down to the older part of the city or connect through to the Airport on the red line. Better than staying in the middle of the city for quietness but still can access everything when you want.

The best aspect of this hotel was the location. Not really anything else though. The staff was unhelpful, I never received the "free breakfast", and the room was unclean and extremely small.
