Room was nice with 3 beds; however, I had to call front desk to connect air conditioning. Breakfast was expensive and limited. The elevator was tiny, only one person and small luggage fit on it.

Hotel Luena was an excellent choice for our stay in Lisbon. The staff went above and beyond to help us, especially when some members of our group were affected by flight delays. A special thank you to Rodolfo and Anna, who were incredibly kind, supportive, and efficient during a stressful time. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of our rooms even had a lovely and unexpected view of Castelo de São Jorge, which was such a nice surprise. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would gladly stay here again.
