We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is fairly basic, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. The biggest highlight, though, is the location. It was perfect for everything we had planned in Lisbon, with easy access to the main sights, restaurants, and public transport. Getting around the city couldn’t have been easier. If you’re looking for a clean, well-located hotel that’s a great base for exploring Lisbon, I’d definitely recommend it.

The rooms were clean. Looks like the Hotel’s going through renovation right now. Otherwise everything was OK. It was right in the center of Lisbon. Very easy to get around downtown or the Port area walkable actually from the Port area.

We had a lovely stay of three nights here. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. Bed very comfortable and a really nice buffet breakfast was provided. You can’t beat the location. We would definitely recommend! Thanks.

The staff were very helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was great! But the best thing about this hotel is the location for the price you pay. You are in the center and can walk everywhere!! Can’t beat it!

I truly believe they give you the worsts room if you book through third party. Room was nothing like pictures. I am not a hotel snob by all means and totally realize some European hotel are small and run down. But I wasn't expecting this. I thought it was a closet or a break room for employees at first. It was very small and walls scuffed. The most terrible part was leaking AC unit. It rained water all day and night. We had to put towels on a floor just contained water. We eventually turned it off and had to endure night without AC in a summer heat. We had a view of the alley wall from our window. Good part - hotel lobby and breakfast area was very clean and stuff was extremely helpful. And of course location was right in a middle of old town. So convenient to everything.

Staff were kind and helpful and the hotel is in a great location for this touristy area. The hotel is good value, but as others have noted, there was quite a strong odor in the room and it was a bit noisy with some construction on one of the floors pretty early one morning while I was staying there.
