Everything just seems to not be working properly: The blinds broke and were never fixed. The key to the bedside cabinet did fit & work properly. I missed out on the breakfast coffee one day because I had to leave early and wanted one in the evening, but they charge 1 euro. It's young management, so they need to learn that little things make a difference to the customer. The front desk staff did the best they could and they were nice, but I should not be asked if I knew how blinds work because I have the same window blinds at home. I am on holiday, I shouldn't be trying to make the key fit into the lock and then try to fix the window blinds. I don't want to worry about repair issues while I am taking a break from regular life.

Fajne miejsce.

Miła obsługa, smaczne śniadania, blisko do Praca de Comercia, Figueira, Rocco. Rzut beretem katedra Se.Mnóstwo sklepików i knajpek w okolicy. Tylko jechać, chodzić i zwiedzać.

Déception... les photos sont mensongères !

Nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour. Même si notre passage n'a duré le temps d'une seule nuit. Les photos et descriptions ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. De plus, nous avions demander un aménagement spécial (Lit pout bébé), à notre arrive la réceptionniste nous a dit que c'était tout bon. Arrivés dans la chambre il n'y avait pas de lit. Elle a d'abord dit que ce n'était pas possible car elle ne savait pas ou les lits étaient rangé. Ensuite elle s'est débrouillée mais nous avons du nous même faire le lit et réclamer à plusieurs reprise des draps pour le petit lit. Seule point positif la situation :-)

Hôtel propre et très bien situé mais bruyant.

Hôtel très bien situé en centre ville. Chambre au 3ème étage, donnant sur la Rua da Madalena. L'établissement est très propre, la chambre et la salle de bain également. La literie est confortable et la climatisation fonctionne bien. 2 petits points négatifs : - la Rua da Madalena est une rue très passante du centre ville. Les fenêtres ne procurent pas une bonne isolation phonique, les nuits peuvent donc être agitées. - petite fuite de la cabine de douche dans 'à salle de bain, et odeurs de canalisations lorsqu'on laisse la porte fermée trop longtemps. Rien de dramatique cependant. En résumé, l'hôtel est très bien situé et confortable mais bruyant. Nous avons quand même passé un très bon séjour à Lisbonne !

Bon rapport qualité/prix et emplacement idéal

Hôtel vraiment très bien situé, personnel accueillant et certain parlent Français. Petit déj correct, chambre propre et bon rapport qualité/prix. Le seul petit hic, demander si cela est possible d'avoir une chambre qui n'est pas côté rue car pas très bien insonorisé même avec les voisins de chambre. On recommande.

Hostelli hyvä vaihtoehto

Hostelli ja huone omalla kylpyhuoneella oli siisti, mutta vaatimaton. Sopi hyvin meille, koska kävimme siellä vain nukkumassa. Oma parveke ja aamupala kuuluivat hintaan. Lähistöltä löytyi kaikkea mukavaa nähtävää, kuten kauppahalli. Öisin tieltä kantautui raitsikan ja autojen meteliä. Hinta-laatusuhde hostellissa ok ja sopii hyvin muutaman yön reissuun.

Ostello super consigliato!!!

L’ostello è situato in una zona comodissima e abbastanza tranquilla. 10’ a piedi per raggiungere la metro più vicina e 5’ per raggiungere il corso principale e Praća do Comércio. Alle sue spalle a pochi minuti il bellissimo quartiere di Alfama. Camera funzionale, dotata di armadietti con chiave, non vi è la presenza di riscaldamento ma sono presenti delle comode stufette. Ottima pulizia, abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti e abbiamo trovato ogni giorno al nostro rientro in stanza i letti rifatti, la camera pulita e gli asciugamani cambiati. Colazione abbondante a base di succhi di frutta, bevande calde, yogurt, cereali, frutta fresca, torte, toast, prosciutto e formaggi per gli amanti del salato. Cortesia, gentilezza e ospitalità alla reception. Stra consigliato!!!!

위치 최고입니다. 약간 언덕길인데 호시우역에서 도로변으로 걸어나오다보면 숙소앞까지 운행되는 공영 엘레베이터가 있어요. 그걸 타면 아주 편해요.(4박 하는 동안 마지막 날 알아서 거의 이용 못했지만..ㅠ) 리스본 구시가지는 크지 않은데 호시우광장이나 피게리아 광장이나 모두 5분이내 가까워요. 조식도 먹을만하고 스탭도 친절해요.

Cet hôtel au demeurant sympathique a un personnel qui vous conseille bien et parle soit français soit anglais. Il est admirablement situé proche du centre de Lisbonne. Mais… les chambres ne sont faites que pour dormir, car elles sont petites et chose rare, dépourvue de télévision. Il n'y a rien à dire sur la propreté et la salle de bain est à l'image de la chambre, d'une grande sobriété. L'emplacement est parfait.

Hotel kamer was vochtig en het rook na riool op de kamer. Personeel was helaas niet al te vriendelijk en we hadden stroomstoring en er werd niks gecommuniceerd dit was in de ochtend.

Hotel simples, bom e bem localizado em Lisboa :)

Eu fechei o hostel pela localização, que é ótima, ao lado da atua Augusta, pertinho da Praça do Comércio. Viajei com meu marido e reservamos um quarto de casal com banheiro. O quarto era ótimo, tinha ar condicionado e varanda, o banheiro era bem grande e também tinha varanda rs (nunca tinha visto isso haha). Para não dizer que não teve nenhum problema, o banheiro estava com o boxe entupido, eu até pedi na recepção para consertarem, mas nada mudou. Mas sinceramente, ainda escolheria esse hotel porque a estadia foi muito boa e o preço foi o mais barato com boa localização que encontrei. Ficamos 4 dias na cidade e andamos para varios pontos turísticos a pe (Castelo de São Jorge, Praça do Comércio, Elevador de Santa Justa, Baixo e Alto Chiado, Rua Augusta, Mercado da Ribeira, ...), só pegamos ônibus para Belém e Sintra. O café da manhã era simples, mas muito bom e tinha uma máquina de café a vontade com bebidas deliciosas :) Voltaria ... e recomendo como um hotel simples e com ótima localizacao em Lisboa!

Es wurde mit schöner Aussicht geworben, die hatten wir aber definitiv nicht - Blick auf Hauswand gegenüber. Dem Personal war das auch vollkommen egal. Frühstück sollte es bis 10.30 Uhr geben, würde aber ab 9 Uhr nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Auch ansonsten war das meiste Personal sehr desinteressiert.
