Hotel located in downtown area, a very busy part of town, lots of traffic and noise. Hotel was in a convenient location to restaurants and bars. Rooms were simple and clean, staff is very friendly and helpful.

It was great. This place is a great starting point for trips around Lisbon and other places. Sometimes at night you can hear the subway, but we were tired enough that it didn't bother us at all.

We really enjoyed our stay at Estrela de Arganil. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. We also really liked the neighbourhood. The hotel is very close to the metro and is a walking distance from many great restaurants. I also appreciated the coffee machine on the first floor.

Clean, Simple and Friendly

Enjoyed a 3 night stay, the room was small, clean and suitable. Staff were very friendly. 1 issue, the rooms are not sound proof as stated, there noise from inside the hotel one of the nights (banging and clattering).

Zero privacy.

Zero privacy... The property description reads the rooms are “soundproofed” – but this is not true; you can hear every incoming SMS ding from a phone in the adjoining rooms, and you can follow along all conversations word by word. This really should be addresses by the hotel. Further, the room images on the website show balconies, or at least windows. My room neither had a balcony, nor did it have a usable window (the only window was in the bathroom, with frosted glass, facing a wall). Staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. The property is about 20 minutes walking from the center/riverfront area.

Struttura accogliente, decentrata ma vicina alla fermata della metro, personale sempre presente h24. Camera piccina, arredi essenziali, ma perfettamente pulita quotidianamente. Unica nota negativa la rumorositĂ  della strada che non ci ha permesso di dormire molto, probabilmente le camere con affaccio piĂč interno migliori. Rapporto qualitĂ  prezzo ottimo.

L'albergo Ăš molto pulito, anche negli spazi comuni. La reception Ăš aperta H24. Il personale Ăš fantastico, gentile, disponibile e molto simpatico. Sia all'arrivo (avvenuto prima del consueto orario di check in), sia il giorno della partenza, ci hanno tenuto senza alcun problema e costo in deposito i bagagli. Vicinissimo alla fermata della metro Anjos. Vicino c'Ăš un'ottimo bar pasticceria per fare colazione Docel. Un caro saluto al personale ed in particolare a Paolo (credo si chiamasse cosĂŹ) che ha fatto divertire tantissimo nostro figlio di 9 anni.

Hotellet ligger nÀra metron och personalen var trevlig. Rummen va Àven rena. DÀremot Àr det tyvÀrr det enda positiva att sÀga om detta hotell. OmrÄdet kÀndes inte sÄ roligt, mÄnga hemlösa som bodde lÀngs med strÄket utanför. Rummen marknadsförs som ljudisolerade pÄ hotels men Àr motsatsen. Du hör alla konversationer i korridoren utanför rummet och nÀr metron passerar under byggnaden skakar interiören. SÀngen saknade bÀddmadrass och vi tvingades bÀdda om och lÀgga en filt under lakanet för att inte kÀnna sÀngens fjÀdrar i ryggen. Totalt sett var upplevelsen lÄngt under vad som förvÀntats utifrÄn det betyg boendet har pÄ hotels.com.

Excelente.. sempre que vamos a Lisboa nos hospedamos nesse hotel. Localização maravilhosa e perto do metrĂŽ . A equipe Ă© mais que atenciosa, roupas de cama e banho excelentes, quarto e banheiros amplos e banho maravilhoso. A dica Ă© que nĂŁo tem elevador isso deve ser considerado para quem tem problemas de acessibilidade o que nĂŁo Ă© o meu caso. No mais foi tudo perfeito.👏👏
