Travellers with families please beware. Firstly, the location is amazing but that’s about it. If you happen to be assigned to apartment 4A one bedroom apartment, you are surely in for a surprise. Once you enter the apartment you will be welcomed with rotten floor boards in front of the bathroom. The bathroom is poorly designed; when you shower all the water goes to the hallway. They did nothing to repair the water damage just put tape on the floor. We booked for 4 nights but only stayed 2. We didn’t arrive until day 2 early morning. When our kids are in the apartment they started coughing and sneezing. At first we thought they were getting sick or the space heater was dusty. So we didn’t use the space heater, both my kids kept coughing all night. When they were out during the day nothing but the moment they got back to the apartment the coughing started. We got worried and asked to switch rooms, they said they didn’t have anything. So we asked if we can get a refund for 1 night as we were concerned there might be mold in the room. They said no to our request; we ended up booking another place anyways as we were really concerned for our kids well being. They did not cough at all at the different apartment.

Buena ubicación. Instalaciones impecables y tal cual se muestra en las imágenes. Nos recibieron con 3 botellitas de vino! Únicamente podría sugerir un cambio al colchón del sofa-cama ya que resultó incómodo, quizás para una sola noche puede funcionar, pero en mi caso fueron 3 noches y después de largas caminatas en Lisboa, se agradece un nuevo descanso. También sugiero algún detalle adicional para consentir a los socios Gold o Silver de la app.

Stayed 1 night .Great location to stay at . Room was clean but they were out of shampoo . Communication was easy at first then it was hard to contact. Had asked for a late check out and was given till 12pm. When attempting to go in to grab our bags we were locked out .They made us wait and eventually gave us access to pull our luggage out . Wish the check out was as friendly and fast as the beginning.

The property is well located and close to tourist places with lots of dining options around. It does not have a front desk at the property, but they are very responsive during weekdays through WhatsApp. We stayed mainly during weekend, A/C had some issues, but the maintenance crew is only available during weekdays. The weather is not too hot, so not a big issue for us.

Location, location, location! Very walkable in the center of historic Lisbon. Received good instructions from host for self check in. There is a luggage storage place adjacent to this accommodation if you check in early. We had inquired about early check in & did not receive a reply. As it turned out we were delayed & arrived at check in time after all. It was surprisingly quiet for being so centrally located. There was a decent restaurant on the street level of the same building & a convenience/souvenir store adjacent to building. We would highly recommend this location.
