Fantastic sizeable apartment - didn't actually realise I'd booked something so good! Wine & local snacks from the host was a nice touch. Literally everything you could need - fully equipped kitchen if you wanted to stay in, comfy lounge. Nice bathroom - although some hooks for robes/towels would be a bonus.The only strange thing was the duvet cover was too small for the size of the duvet!

Why did you paint the walls dark blue?

Massive apartment with efficient air conditioning, genuine king mattress (no cracks bc 2 beds pushed together), lovely welcome package of red wine (even if it was fizzy...), mini pastries and chocolate, huge efficient fridge and low powered combination oven. But lots of negatives, especially for the price paid. Exceptionally dark throughout even with all the lights on (bring a head lamp), especially these bathroom. Take care with privacy bc so many overlooking adjacent buildings and no privacy glass or netting, thin ceiling made a nonsense of the supposed sound proofing well into the night, ditto the thin door onto the corridor. Very little sleep bc of this.

apartment was nice and clean. area is nice too! the mgmt was rude and misinformed us regarding an issue with water heater not functioning. when we tried troubleshooting ourselves, we were spoken very rudely to and shifted into another temporary apt. misinformed about how long it would take to repair water heater. no responsibility taken for the water heater having error, despite it being nonfunctioning before we checked in.

The unit itself was very nice. But the location was somewhat dirty and too far from old lisbon and other appealing areas like Alfama.

Please avoid this hotel

The only elevator broke down during our stay, and I had to carry two full-sized suitcases up and down from the 4th floor. The staff were unresponsive when we needed help — they disappeared on WhatsApp and later blamed us for not calling them instead. The service was poor, and I genuinely regret bringing my 70-year-old parents here. They had to struggle up and down the stairs despite having bad knees. A deeply disappointing experience.

A acomodação é excelente. Blindagem acústica. Ar condicionado funcionando bem. Utensílios de cozinha novos. Chuveiro excelente. Check-in fácil e sem problemas. Limpo e confortável. Localização boa para você ir para o norte e o sul de Lisboa. Mercados e restaurantes perto, mas não fica na barulheira boêmia. Tudo certo!

Leder gab es im Vorfeld Probleme mit der Kommunikation. Der Code war nicht zugesendet sondern erst in einem Telefonat am Tag vor der Anreise geklärt. Es fehlten Daten zu Reisenden und auch die City Tax musste vorab bezahlt werden. Dies wurde weder von der Unterkunft noch von Expedia vorab mitgeteilt, so dass ein kostenpflichtiger Anruf in Portugal notwendig wurde.. Die Unterkunft war prima, gut gelegen mit netten Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe, fußläufig zum Rossio und Barrio Alto und auch die Tramhaltestelle der 28E ist in der Nähe.

Tudo excepcional! Começou com a comunicação com os responsáveis: houve um engano em uma cobrança de taxa, entrei em contato e eles estornaram na hora. E também foram muito gentis e me procuraram pelo WhatsApp para oferecer a limpeza a que tínhamos direito pelo tempo de estadia já que eu não tinha visto o e-mail. E o o apartamento em si é muito bom, bonito, confortável e tem tudo que se precisa!
