"The room was great with an amazing view of the Arch. Only complaint is the road noise even on the 6th floor. The room was right next to a fairly busy road and you heard it all night long. Especially the Dodge Chargers when they would get into the short tunnel area. They all want to hear their own exhaust. "

"The breakfast was delicious and all support staff were terrific. The bathroom was a little dirty and the towel handle was just sitting on the wall mount and fell off the moment i first dried my hands. Wasnt a big deal but was odd. It was a very busy weekend for them and i understand that not all things can take priority. Overall 5 stars!"

"I accidentally left my jacket in my room that had quite a bit of cash in the pocket. When I realized it was left about 5 hours after we left I contacted the front desk and the housekeeping manager and the hotel manager. Nobody returned my calls or email. I called back multiple times asking for help. Bottom line is they don’t care about their guests and the housekeeping team clearly has dishonest employees on staff.I recommend you do NOT stay here."

"It was a quick stay but one very appreciated thing was security at the end of the street checking visitors approaching hotels late at night. Kept me from worrying about cars being broken in to overnight. "
