They don’t show smile or eye contact when they talk to customers. If you have a baby with you, this is definitely not a suitable hotel for you to stay because there is no bottle water or hot water bottle inside your room. 「No air conditioning. I could hardly breathe because I could not adjust the room's temperature and could not open the window. The worst part was I had to stay at the hotel for 3 days. The hotel was the most expensive but the worst service one in my 22-day travel in Europe. Therefore, I chose to leave earlier from the hotel and late r back to it.」
