"Possibly the cleanest motel room I have stayed in. Property is gated and we felt safe although the surrounding area is a mix. Home depot and a restaurant a block away, goodyear tires across the street but sleazy motel next door and saw a couple hookers walk by the gate at night when we returned from dinner. We enjoyed a quiet nights sleep in a clean room on a comfortable bed with fresh linens so our needs were met nicely."

"We arrived early and used the luggage storage service and parking. Staff were great and took care of everything. Parking for check in can be a little tricky if there are multiple people arriving at the same time. But, we didn’t have any issues. Although you must pay additional for parking, you are in downtown Seattle and you could pay much more on your own. Area does have some homeless issues, but so does any area of Seattle. But, the doors are locked at night with on site security checking for any issues. Overall the hotel is very clean and is in very good condition. Bed was comfortable, shower was warm, and everything is in walking distance. I will stay here again if traveling to Seattle."
