「Staff were courteous, easy check in and check out. One problem, the room was cold and the heat didn't work properly, room 222. I didn't ask for help because the clerk was male and I have severe PTSD from sexual violence, I would rather be cold than have a man who is a stranger in my room. Again, staff were great.」

「This little hotel is an absolute gem. The beds are comfortable and I slept like a rock. It’s an older building but everything is nicely updated. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It was a holiday. The breakfast was super nice they had so many options and kept everything stocked and clean. It was our second stay here and we will definitely come again. 「The hotel is in the good location that you can walk to shop or restaurant. The baseball stadium is like 5 mins walk and I enjoyed the baseball game during the staying. Front desk receptionists are friendly also provide the nice service.」
