「Room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The shower was roomy and high enough for me to wash my hair comfortably. I am 6-7. The shower had safety bars to hold onto. The staff were professional, helpful, courteous. A minor adjustment on the TV was needed. It was addressed immediately. Breakfast was excellent - a full breakfast with wide range of choices. Even the coffee was good (morning coffee in breakfast room). We plan to return next time we are in York.」
