「We went to the hotel around 3:30pm and tried to check in, went through the process and was told a room was not ready for us, come back in 10 minutes to get the keys. Had to wait almost 20-30 due to the line of people checking in and some being told the same thing. Finally got our keys and went up to the room, opened the door and the room was occupied. There was a family and kids in the room. Went back to the lobby and was given a new room after waiting a few more minutes. Finally got to the new...

「We stayed in the Garden Cottage for a week and cannot recommend it for longer stays. While the property manager responded to our texts and generally sent maintenance within 24 hours, the property suffers from poor upkeep and temporary fixes. Our issues started at check-in when our entry code failed, and no one answered the phone, forcing us to communicate solely via text. Upon entry, the unit smelled strongly of marijuana, the bedroom closet door was broken, and a ceiling fan blade was hanging...

「No one cleaned our room, despite two requests - including one to housekeeping who was standing right outside our door as my husband left and promised they’d clean our room next. We called ahead to ask for a rollaway bed, then asked at check-in. Both times we were told the hotel was busy (for different reasons) with no extra beds. When we asked a third staff member, she actually made a request - and there were beds available. It was strange that the first two staff members never even checked....
