I cannot review this hotel as we never stayed there. Hard to find the hotel when there is not a sign outside. Upon check-in we were told that Expedia over booked around 40 people. So we did not have a room. We were not able to find a room as we were in town for a concert and they were booked. The only positive was I got a full refund after talking to Expedia.

Bathroom: At check-in no towels, no cups, no soap in shower. Roaches came out at night, toilet almost clogged when used “lightly”; shower clogged because drain was not clear. Phone in room unplugged, some lights did not work; Door lock was dodgy—you had to swipe the ‘magic’ card then body slam the door to open it. On the positive side, the beds were clean and importable; the day manager was a nice guy who appeared overwhelmed but did his best. Recommendation: if you are after an adventure, you might begin here.

They had no toilet paper at all I called the front desk and they didnt have any to give me. No towels were in the room. Only 3 lights were working in the whole room, I was not able to get a refund. The hotel staff was not in the office I had to call him and wait 5 minuets for him to open the door outside. All and all a terrible experience and i will not come back.

We didn't see an ice machine anywhere, or coffee (in this room anyways...just the coffee maker) but everything else was good!!! The room was spacious and full sized fridge was a plus too. Staff was friendly.

Musty, cracked, broken , barely cleaned. On a very busy weekend in Lincoln, reservations were lost or sold out from under...my room got downgraded and nearly lost. The Fridge was defrosting & leaking across the room with no towels in room. Former smoking hotel without any upgrades to hide smell from decades of abuse. Mildewy shower head told me not to even trust it. Again no towels. A (small) roach greeted me on my morning trip to the toilet. Bedding was lumpy, almost damp feeling. Didn't turn on TV so no review of that. Cracked outlet covers, very old lamp shades that may have been there in the 60's, broken bedside lamp, no bulb in the reading lamp, broken table, 3 hangers left on the rack (several metal rings for the hangers still attached). Actual check in time was about ten minutes after waiting in line for 20. Website phone number is California based, paper hung on the office had a hand written 402 number which lead to a voicemail that wasn't "set up". Ownership needs to either burn it down & start over or heavily invest in some basics. Overall impression....Gross.

There was no sign on the hotel, not ideal for finding it. TV did not work, wifi worked, but not well. No towels in the room. The sink wouldn’t drain and the toilet was really noisy for quite a while after flushing. Neighbouring room kept us up partying all night, no enforcement of any noise restriction for later at night. But, I will say that the man at the front desk was kind and friendly. We for sure would not stay there again, a true dive.

The facility had no reservation for me & was full. I had to travel an hour outs of Lincoln to find a place to stay. Today the is a pending no show charge to my card. I SO NOT BE CHARGED FOR A STAY I WAS DENIED!!!

Super friendly staff. Room accommodations were clean and spacious. Property is a bit run down and needs renovation. The refrigerator wouldn't cool. No ice machine on site. No vending machines on site. Google Maps says that it is an unfussy Budget Hotel. That says it all!
