I had a very disappointing stay at this property, particularly regarding cleanliness and guest safety. The first room we were given was not clean, which required us to return to the front desk and request a different room.
The second room was even more concerning. Multiple adjacent rooms were actively smoking cigarettes, and the smoke odor was overwhelming and pervasive. We were traveling with a baby, and the exposure to secondhand smoke was completely unacceptable and deeply concerning from a health and safety standpoint. It made the room unusable and raised serious questions about enforcement of the hotel’s non-smoking policy.
The third room we were finally moved to was free of smoke, but it was very old and outdated and clearly in need of renovation. While it was technically usable, it did not meet reasonable expectations for comfort or quality.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor room conditions, and disregard for guest safety—especially for families with young children—made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel and would be very hesitant to stay here again.
