「The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was as expected - eggs, sausage links, pastries, breads, cereals, diy waffles. The hotel was dated but as expected for the price point. We stayed here to visit Lincoln Caverns and the location was perfect. And the Best Way Pizza within walking distance was 10/10. This was a pet friendly hotel but we didn't hear any dogs throughout our stay. We did hear the train nearby, but it wasn't too bad over the sound of the air conditioning. Would stay here again.」

「Owners were nice people 」

「I like motor lodges. They are unique, not made out of marble and granite, but made out of history and time past. This location was very convenient, had a great view of farmland, was quiet, had a nice place to eat right down the hill 200 feet away, and lived up to the 5 star potential of a motor lodge. 」

「Beautiful mansion, wonderfully restored and updated. Breakfast and staff were excellent.」

「The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly. The room itself was not the cleanest. The sheets were covered with multiple stains and we ended up not sleeping under the covers. The room had multiple mirrors that were broken as well. Just not very clean.」

「Property was very clean and very quiet. Only a few problems….the toilet seat was broken, they didn’t provide enough toilet paper and paper towels (luckily we had our own) and they didn’t provide dish towels to dry dishes. Also be warned that there is no AC, but they do provide a fan. Overall though, good unique experience. 」
