「Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.」

「We had a beautiful, large room with a canopy bed. All the furniture was elegant and antique in style. We had a huge bathroom with double sinks. The room came with robe and slippers. Our room was on the second floor reached by a spiral stone staircase. They brought our luggage to the room. Dinner is available and we enjoyed our meal in a stone walled room. Breakfast was served there too. It has a lovely courtyard where they served drinks. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend...

「First of all, my husband & I fell in love with Carcassonne, this hotel, and the staff (Jean, Stephen and Tiffany) who were friendly and helpful. We were excited to be staying inside the castle walls. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and facing the castle walls. The inside of the hotel had an Old World feeling, warm, and decorated for Christmas. In short, it was lovely! We took a taxi from the train station. The driver said it was forbidden for him to enter the city walls so he dropped us...

We are literally living out of our suitcases as there was nowhere to put stuff. Other than that we still highly recommend. 」
