"This was my 18th time staying at this hotel after 5 years; I'm such a regular traveler that the staff knows me. Why do I keep returning? Besides being clean, this hotel has the best blackout curtains I have seen at any hotel and is very quiet. The climate control is also superb with your own thermostat and quiet HVAC. In the bustling region we call Southern California, this is very important for those with sensory needs. The staff have always been friendly and very accommodating. They're always available to serve you and do so proudly. No other hotel's staff recognizes me. On top of that, they not only have the mandatory DoubleTree cookies but also offer fitness rooms. I didn't stay in one this stay but have on several occasions in the past, and this unique offering is very useful for anyone going there for sports reasons (which is many people in my experience)."

"The breakfast buffet was missing some items, like a working pancake machine, the potato tray was empty during my stay. I thought they had a pool here. I didn’t see one the room, however, was very clean and comfortable. I’ll drop it off."
