「I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged.
