La reserva no la hice yo, sino el Sr. Nelson Larrea - a quien le facturaron - pero a él no le figuraba la reserva con el código 72681219717260, que indicaba en su web USD 72 por noche, le cobraron montos que no aparecen en el anuncio (total aprox 100usd), y no le enviaron a su email nlarrea.agronegocios@gmail.com la información ni esta encuesta, sino a mí, que no soy la titular de la reserva. muy poco transparente y confuso

Our arrival was at 9:30 am after a long flight. We wanted to check in early, they said that the check in was at 3 pm. We had to wait until noon in order for us to use our room. They wanted to charge a $35 early Check in which I think it’s ridiculous.

Great location for business trip, clean. They reduce breakfast quality and the kitchen staff are not customer service friendly

What I did not appreciate is the laundry cost. Be careful! They charge you in “dollars” when it is a national peruvian service and should have been a service in PEN. I understand that they contact the service but there is no way that I should be paying “21 dollars” for a jersey dress so simple. The charge might have been 21 PEN and they put as 21 dollars. That is a robbery in my book. Othee than that, the staff was really nice

Thank you for your kind comment, we really appreciate it. All our rooms have the laundry price list so that all our guests can choose if they want the service or not. The room rates are also in dollars because we receive clients from all over the world. We hope to have you back soon.

Hotel location is convenience to rest from a busy business day, clean, safe. This is the best option in the area. This time I experience a not good bed quality, it wasn't confortable to rest. Breakfast reduce in options from my last stays.

Unauthorised taxes without invoice
They will charge you 18% tax and refuse to give you an invoice. I have reported this to the relevant authorities

The hotel is somewhat sterile, the restaurant lacked any sense of homeliness and the breakfast range limited, I didn't find the restaurant staff to be at all friendly though the front desk were really good. I would stay here again.

No hay plancha permanente. El desayuno es muy reducido en opciones y todos los dias del año es lo mismo

Muchas gracias por su comentario!! Es cierto que no tenemos plancha dentro de la habitación pero está disponible siempre que la requiera. Por otro lado trataremos de mejorar aún más nuestro desayuno para que sea de su completo agrado en su siguiente estadía. Gracias por su ayuda opinando.

Hotel tres estrellas básico. Sorpresa tardía a darse cuenta que no estaba funcional la tetera ni el frigobar. Mínima variedad de desayuno. En calidad precio beneficio consideró que es un poco elevado.

Yo ya me siento como en casa en el Lyz Hotel. Me he hospedado al menos 7 veces en lo que va del año y siempre la atención es excelente. El hotel es acogedor, muy limpio y cómodo. Me encanta!
