"Stayed 4 nights in a standard double. Skipped breakfast as so many other options were n the doorstep. Rooms are very specious, modern, clean and well equipped. 3+ english speaking tv channels. Bit of noise disturbance from other guests in corridor of a night but other than that no issues. On sight italian restaurant and pool that we skipped. Very central and safe location, 2 mins from city hall metro . At least half of main tourist sites are within 30mins walk and loads of eating options upto 10mins away."

"We initially had an issue with our first room due to hot summer days in Seoul. Upon communicating with the hotel staff, they were able to listen to our issues and resolve the issue at hand and gave us another room and other services. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and excellent communications in English. Definite plus is the in-room laundry machine. We didn't get to use the in-room kitchen which was fully stocked. We are on a vacation to a place with ton of eateries. We had no desire to cook our own food. The location of the hotel is excellent, which is close to many attractions in Seoul. Only item of note about the location is that you will need to walk around 7 to 8 minutes for any type of public transportation (e.g, bus or metro). However, it is a walk able location."
