「My room was not cleaned for the entire 3 days I was there」

「In my opinion the whole room needed to be updated. And our room smelled of smoke even though we had requested a non-smoking room. But the price was right for us and we were only there for one night.」

「Desk Clerk not able to give directions to 4.1 Hwy」

「clean room」

「I found the room extremely clean, staff were very accessible and helpful. I would have given some excellent but could not scroll over. If you like staying in motels with your car at the door and I like to bring meals this is a place I would return to on my next overnight in Chatham. 「Would stay again」

「Room was fine until we tried to have a shower, there was no hot water. I tried to report that but the office was closed. No ability to speak to staff Not good.」

「People were really nice and accommodating, Room was neat and clean. Tim hortons is walking distance and main road not too far ahead. I'd stay there again. Great stay for it's price :)」
