We were so happily surprised to find this adorable property for our stay. The view is fantastic! RIght by the water and nothing but fields all around - we got the most perfect sunset views we could hope for. It really was just a place to sleep as we spent the entire day at PPNP, but we found check-in to be seamless and easy, room was clean, shower had good pressure and hot water, and bed were really comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Leamington/Wheatley area.
Room was fine until we tried to have a shower, there was no hot water. I tried to report that but the office was closed. No ability to speak to staff
Not good.
The property was well kept and attractive with tropical plants and decorations. A food truck was permanently parked in front and was really cute. A short walk through the campground in back takes you right to Lake Erie. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable!
We didnt even stay in the room, my girlfriend was so upset about how cold it was in the rooms( the windows had been left open). There was dirt on the floors in the room and the bathroom. She also couldnt get any warm water out of the taps.

The bed frame was broken, make shifted with duct tape so they knew it was broken. Whole bed was like a hammock. Didn’t reply to messages. Had difficulty getting in the room with the key pad and was told I must have put the wrong code in multiple times instead of taking accountability in faulty technology. Bugs all over window sill and ants in the shower and well as beetles. Would NEVER pay to stay here again. When staff did finally call back, was condescending and rude.
This is not the Holiday Inn however it is a really great place to stay if you just need a bed to sleep in clean quiet air conditioner worked fridge microwave beautiful new Keurig coffee maker with McDonald’s coffee
