"The restaurant was not up to scratch. We ordered scotch filet steak at a high price only to not be able to eat it. The coffee facility in the room was not stocked and when asked for some there was none available. "

"Room was extremely small. There was no elevator and had to climb stairs to our room. Would have been good to know this at time of booking. Thankfully we were given assistance to get luggage to room."
