「I would avoid this property until the renovation is complete. There is absolutely no parking at all. Huge trucks and trailers taking up 6 or smore spaces and so we had to park very far away. Also, what hotel doesn't offer breakfast anymore. Will not return.」

「The room was spacious and the staff were friendly. The hall way had a very strange unpleasant smell but not sure if it is a short term issue. The furniture in the room looked a little worse for wear but was functional.」

「From the outside the hotel didn't look bad. The inside was another story. Our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a month. I prepaid the room and I was still charged a "deposit" fee. And when I was checking out the "hotel staff" wouldn't come out of a back room and would only talk to me via a kiosk. I found it bizzare. 」

「The staff was unwilling to let me cancel my reservation the day of my reservation because I had a funeral come up. I hadn’t checked I yet. They refused to work with me or help even given the circumstances. They charged me for the full 2 nights. They wouldn’t even give me a cancellation fee. I found them rude and uncaring.」

I was in bed very early due to long travel but drunks came in slamming doors at 3am! Truck drivers started slamming doors from 4:30-5am leaving. Breakfast was NOT my idea of breakfast! 「The Terrible rating is really on using Expedia. Expedia is a big hassle to use them when things change unexpectedly. Very difficult to talk to anyone about a change. The savings is not worth the headaches. Yes i could have bought the insurance, but then it eats into the savings, so why use them?. I will never use Expedia again! i would rather pay full price for a hotel with the knowledge of I can simply call the hotel and rearrange things easily.」
