「房間超小，有點不乾淨，沒有窗，只有屋頂兩個不能開的小窗，沒有陽光，空氣很差，地點離火車站和舊城區大概10分鐘尚可，但是附近只有一個公園，晚上很黑很靜。服務還挺好，雖然有點慢，而且酒吧餐廳晚上9點就關門，附近沒有餐廳商店，一定要走到市中心有點不方便。電視要入密碼很麻煩。」

「Our room was on 10th floor and was absolutely amazing, stylish wooden Japanese style walls with loads of mirrors, a comfortable bed, super modern bathroom with bath and shower. The room was really well equipped including a minibar, safe, hairdryer and a kettle. The breakfast was also great, I loved the locally grown cucumber and tomatoes, Slovakian traditional foods and gluten free bakery available upon request. The staff were friendly and helpful. 「Friendly staff at the reception. Very nice, indivdual room. Loved it to get a room with a bathtube. Know however, that most rooms have showers.」

「Very good hotel near the old city. The rooms were good in general, my only complain were the curtains, it did let the light come from the outside. The breakfast was excelent with many options. The spa was also a nice addition to the hotel. The region around is very walkable with my restaurants and things to do」

「Living Room 之吊燈及桌上檯燈壞了,飯店僅表示須修理 付了Suite價錢卻只有臥室可用 無電梯,需提大又重行李爬樓梯 大大浴室卻小小洗臉台,放個滑滑的肥皂水玻璃瓶 果然半夜碰到摔破,發了一小時清理以免腳傷 隔晨主動告知旅館,卻被索賠20歐元 最後以10歐元成交(一個玻璃瓶)」
