"Check in was slow. I arrived at 3:50 and room was not ready until after 5. Also long line for check in. Seems they were short staffed as that has never happened before"

"The suite was spacious, breakfast was great, staff friendly and helpful, and location is nice. Walls are SUPER thin. You can hear EVERY footstep and voice and the plumbing in the walls (which is quite loud). There were a couple of questionable stains on the white linens and the heating/air-condoning unit's thermostat didn't work. "

"Front desk man was the most melancholy person I have ever experienced at a hotel. Not helpful or even engaging. Every time we walked by he was on his phone and looked like he hated life. Our room was directly above the entrance to the hotel, so we heard the door slamming constantly. I mentioned it to said front desk man the morning we checked out, to which he replied, “Oh really?” Not an apology or how can we make this better. You literally have to be deaf to not know that door is slamming and needs to be fixed. Just a total brush off. The creamer was consistently gone at the coffee area. Very disappointing stay. On the positive side: The bed was super comfortable. The parking lot behind the hotel was convenient, and the hotel’s complementary breakfast at Rubies down the street was delicious. However, I can’t recommend this hotel, nor would I stay here again."

"The staff were very friendly. Easy check in/check out. Older, but still clean. The Denny's next door was great, so it was nice having the vouchers for breakfast there. Would stay again."
