"Nice facility, well maintained and awesome location within walking distance to great restaurants, but logistically NOT UP TO STANDARD OF SERVICE. Pool was never in service during three day, over the weekend stay. More importantly, they were having significant plumbing troubles that seemed to be unable to resolve - poor water pressure at sink and NO HOT WATER. I took a total of three cold showers during my stay (they told tales of repairs in progress) - don’t want to repeat the experience. We’ll see if they offer any compensation for the substandard stay?? Restaurant in the facility was wonderful."

"Disappointed because room had stained carpet The drapes were torn, vanity mirror to high, maid could not speak English so failed to clean the room as requested. Breakfast selection poor with cold scrambled eggs. Not near enough seating when hotel is full or enough handicap parking. "

"The hotel is older and needs some updating. Carpet had stains and our toilet overflowed multiple times. We had to go to the front next in the middle of the night for extra towels and a plunger. There was no ice machine on the premises and even with it being an extended stay where you would think there would be cups, paper towels, etc. in the room. There were none. Staff was friendly and the location was convenient to where we were going while in town."

"Clean, good water pressure, room is however on the older side but definitely clean. Easy parking. I will consider stay there again if in town. "

"The AC in my room was not working properly. Luckily it was not super hot, but I like it cool at night and even though it was turned all the way down to 60 it did not come on at all and I didn’t realize it till the second night there so it was not comfortable for me at night while I was sleeping. The restaurant was understaffed and service was very slow."
