The hotel was not nice at all. I didn’t feel safe there. There were holes punched in the doors of my room. The room wasn’t clean.. I had to sign a paper saying I wouldn’t smoke in the room (which I don’t smoke at all) and a woman was smoking with her giant pit bull when the elevator doors opened on my floor. I immediately left the property but still had to pay for the first night even though I was there less then 15 minutes.

First thing to know, this is more of a long term live-in facility than a traditional hotel. The room was clean, had a full size refrigerator, microwave and stovetop. Staff was nice. Note that they do not have 24 hour desk coverage, but they do have a number you can call if you need to reach someone. The parking lot was pretty well lit. At no point did i feel unsafe. For the cost, i was fine with it. Next time in in town, I'll pay a little more elsewhere, but for folks who are just looking for a cheap bed for a night, this is a good way to save money.

The cable didn't work and would disconnect every few seconds. I saw bugs crawling around the room several times. My wife is making me keep my luggage in the garage overnight because she is worried about bringing bugs into our house from this hotel. One of the pillows had a big brown stain on it. I stayed for 3 nights (everywhere else was booked up) and the only time housekeeping came by was literally 20 minutes before I checked out. The management needs to have them come by every other day at least. You are better off sleeping in your car than staying here.

The room stank. The wifi, advertised as free, was only available for one device, and then after being on hold for 30 minutes with an outside vendor. The clerk was pleasant but dismissive. The room had an apt size fridge, and stovetop, and a microwave, but you had to buy a coffee maker? The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. One bed was so close to the wall it made it nearly inaccessible on one side. This one is now on my ‘never again’ list.

When we entered the room, it stunk. Once we turned on the AC and aired it out a bit, it was tolerable. The WiFi gave continuous errors with a number to call. After being on hold for 20 minutes, we finally spoke to a human being. Only one device could access the WiFi with paying extra. The desk clerk was dismissive about the whole issue. “Yeah, that’s what happens. There nothing I can do about it.” The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. One of the beds was so close to the wall, you could barely access that side of the bed. Overall, a bad experience. We are checking this one in the ‘never again’ column.

The manager on duty had to leave the desk to see if the room I had reserved was clean because the assist manager hadn’t done that earlier that day. House keeping came after check in to bring toilet paper. I have never stayed at a hotel that did not have a blow dryer in the bathroom and the description when booking did not indicate this was an extended stay. I would not have booked it And someone tried to enter my room the next morning while I was still in bed before check out

GM two faced

Loved it the staff with ONE MAJOR EXCEPTION. The GM, she was awful, disrespectful, rude. And underhanded, liar.i was staying for a job change snd getting to transfer. I had paid up to be current and I let her know my sponsor was going to pay all they needed ri talk to her and set up as third party. She told me she would have me check out and she would make a different reservation and it would be ready when i came back my sponsor would have paid it for another week, I went to put money on my card for other expenses. When I arrived back she was gone ( conveniently) and told staff I was not welcome and could no longer use that particular hotel. And police wound be called. I work federally and I turned all this information in for my department and now any choice hotel will not be recommended. And will pay for any employee to stay at any. And any one they send to Lexington Ky also will not stay there. I’ve been informed she’s had many many complaints and nothing done which to me mean you do not care for any costumer. I demanded a refund and was hung up three times by the GM and called the corporate company they also not helping so my supervisor will have choice hotel and woodspring on the band list
