「Very nice and convenient 」

「Everything was really nice and comfortable. If i had to pick one thing, there was a woman putting breakfast out, that said she'd been there for years, on Sunday, September 21, 2025, that was absolutely amazing! Extremely helpful! I asked if the gravy had milk in it, and she walked back in the kitchen, and brought out the bag, and let me look at the ingredients. I watched to continue to help everyone out, without being asked. She was amazingly kind and caring. What a pleasant experience that was....

「Although not a "fancy" hotel, the comfort and personal touches to the rooms, lobby and cleanliness were outstanding. I felt like i was at home but with the convenience of having a housekeeper. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of food. Of the 7 hotels i stayed at over a 7 day roadtrip, this one was the standout. 」

「The stay was overall wonderful rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious and overall property was clean. The staff that we encountered were all friendly. The only concern I had was riding the elevators. The elevators seem to make a rumbling loud noise upon approaching our floor. 」

「Very clean, close to shopping and food. Room was comfortable. Great price and the front desk service was top notch. I’ve stayed here the last two times I’ve come to Alton and it is my go to Hotel now! 」
