「The breakfast service was extremely slow . They were only staff with three servers so it took about 30 minutes before some one recognized us . They did apologize. The hot food was quite cold . The gym needs some tlc , but on the whole the staff was great . I booked a deluxe room and should have received a bottle of wine upon arrival. 「Love the kitchen and private balcony. The bar and restaurant are great but there was a private event happening on my last night so I couldn't use the free drink tickets I got when I checked in. Going forward maybe a heads up or something if one or both of those will be closed during your stay would be good, that way we don't miss out on the opportunity to go there or use the amenities (ie free drink tickets).」

「Have been going to the Flamingo before it was purchased by Hilton. Hilton did a nice job on the rebuild after hurricane Irma. Room was clean except floor always had sand on it. Staff did bare minimum on checkin, checkout. They did not share much information unless asked. On check out they stated we had an outstanding charge from the restaurant. It took some doing but they found the mistake and removed the charge. We never ate there. Was there for 13 days and they serviced the room twice. All...
