「Dirty, nothing worked, and generally terrible. Staff were nice though」

「Good location near shopping and restaurants common areas are well maintained and the free laundry was really nice. The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor.」

「This is an older hotel. No elevator. Carpet was old, stained, tore. Lack of furniture in room (voids where couch / table used to be)..Tile in bathroom was dirty in grout」

「Didn’t realize room wasn’t cleaned if spending two nights. One little bottle of shampoo does not work well for 2 people taking two days of showers. Hair dryer didn’t want to work. But all around good services」

「I was “upgraded” rooms because the one I was in, the bedding wasn’t washed. It smelled like a**…. So that was nice. The WiFi is bad, weak signal in the rooms. It’s Not that big of a deal, but no soap in the dispenser, light bulbs burned out. However-It was $76/ night. You definitely pay for what you get.」

「The bedside light was missing the lightbulb. There were some stains on the curtain separating the bathroom area and the sleeping area. It didn’t feel super family oriented which was what we would have preferred, but the stay was okay. Also, the room was pretty muggy on arrival and took a while to cool down.」

「Didn't have towels, conditioner, lotion or hair dryer. Phone didnt work to call front desk. Had to go get the towels. Hair dryer had to be located and was to be brought to the room...front desk forgot what room # so never received the hair dryer.」

「The room is clean and having great amenities. I like the kitchenette in particular. The gym and pool are lovely. What makes this hotel outstanding is the staffs. They’re not only helpful but also friendly! Highly recommend !」
