"Worst management for the hotel . My brother lost his wallet and I was trying to help him out to get a hotel room , until we can figure out how to get him home . Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! "Excellent business hotel outside Haarlem. Had dinner at the hotel, which was excellent. Nice lounge with coffee and tea. Ample parking included Hotel modern and clean. The reason the place lost a star wad access. We can easily see the building, but approach street via navigation was blocked for pedestrians. Drove around the building 3 times, until we saw an unmarked turn. The turn should have been marked, and directions posted on the blocked street."
