「This is a hidden gem in Bordeaux, the hotel is conveniently located to the tram and 5 stops to the city center. On arrival we were welcomed by Brian who has wealth of knowledge of the area and was very kind. Brian really made our stay memorable he even assisted us in ordering dinner. Definitely will recommend the hotel to friends and stay here again when we return. 」

「Before we even arrived, Hugo was helping us coordinate wine tastings between the left and right bank wineries, and he did an amazing job. And we cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff, including Margaux, Alexis and Tess!! These ladies were there at every turn making our stay as fabulous as possible!! The food was out of this world, and there aren’t many places where you can enjoy a Margaux by the glass. We loved every minute of it, and forward to coming back! 」

「Recommended. stay 4 nights, Room was way bigger than the average European hotel, cleanness was as expected and the staff was very helpful with all my requests, location is great with the tram right in front of the hotel, i would prefer to stay closer to the city centre, but i even walk from the city friday and saturday night and it takes like 25 mins, lot of bars and restaurants open late felt very secure walking from the city, an uber charge 12 to 15 dollars from the city, will stay again 」

「The rooms in the zoologie wing were massive as they were in the old historical building. It had bare brick walls, tall ceilings and large windows. The toilet had a quirky cistern and even though the shower room was a huge glass cubicle it didn't take up any unnecessary space. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The bar area was large due to being in the same wing as our bedroom. Lots of light flooded the room. It had comfy colourful furniture which we used whilst...
