「We had an excellent stay at this hotel. We absolutely loved Bordeaux and villas Foch was the perfect place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly and always made sure we were comfortable. The room was always spotless after cleaning and they left us chocolates and treats in the room. The location was excellent, quiet area of the city right by the tram. But walkable to most areas in the city. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bordeaux. 」

Only challenge is an accurate understanding of meeting arrangements to gain initial entry: Staff was waiting inside, unbeknownst to us, whilewe were waiting outside ! Instructions should stress “ring doorbell on arrival”, and provide location, since it’s a little hard to find, especially in the dark. But otherwise a truly lovely choice in Bordeaux.」

「Small boutique hotel with very friendly feel. Located about 15-20 mins walk from the old town in a quiet area. There's also a tram stop right outside which will take you to old town in 5 mins. Rooms were clean and tidy and the owner/manager was extremely helpful with local information. 」

「Als wir zu zweit ins Hotel angereist sind, haben sie uns unser Zimmer und sonst Besonderheiten gezeigt. Am nächsten Morgen, als wir unser Zug um 7:33 hatten und am 7:05 unser Schlüssel zurück gegeben haben, war das Personal sehr hilfreich und wir konnten unsere Koffer dort für den Tag lassen. A bit of an issue getting the right entrance (for anyone reading this, there are 2 enterances and you need the right one and may be told the wrong one!), but once all sorted, the appartment was perfect and in a great locations. Very modern, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend.」

「We stayed 4 nights there, the host & hostess showed their warm hospitality to us, made us feel like staying home & made Bordeuax special for us. We particularly liked the quality of the breakfast with the piano music background to start the day.
