「The beauty of the castle, the views were spectacular and the staff was very attentive and caring. Breakfast was delicious and we wish we had had time to eat dinner there and use their jacuzzi.」

「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「The property has a magnificent setting on Seine river halfway between Giverny and Rouen. Tremendous riverview garden and balconies. Restaurant has very good food including breakfast & dinner! Comfortable bed and adequate bathrooms with outstanding walk in shower. The venue exudes nothing but charm!」
